The Fitness program is designed to get you super fit, depending on your goal. If its to run a marathon, chase your kids around the park or just be fit & heathy again.
All you will need is access to a gym, playing field, hill and good running routes.
This Program is built to get you ready to join the military which ever forces. From Marines to RAF it will get you prepared both physically and mentally. Using strength training, Endurance training and speed training to give you the best chance to pass you're fitness tests.

The main focus of the Strength program is to get you strong as an Ox. Using the compound lifts to pack on the size and strength you want, with accessory work to work on the smaller muscle groups for a more all round physique.
