Looking to improve your gymnastics for the Sport of Fitness or for the Crossfit Open. This 12 week training Program is designed to help you build volume and improve your movement patterns in chest to bar pull ups, toes to bar, handstand push ups and the Bar/Ring muscle ups.


It is a 4 days a week training plan focusing on one movement a day, designed to be added to your normal training as extra accessory work.
