This in depth weightlifting program designed for the Athlete that is looking to increase strength as well as skill. This is a 20-week training cycle that uses snatch, clean and jerk singles on the minute (EMOM) along with plenty of pull and squat strength work. This cycle is good for technical consistency in the classic lifts.
