What is the aim of this programme?
The LD Olympic Weightlifting Programme is a periodised programme aimed at individuals who want to improve their Olympic Weightlifting, either to compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, assist them in their training for CrossFit or other power based sports, or simply because they enjoy the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. The programme will involve the full Olympic lifts, as well as accessory lifts carefully selected to develop both your technique and strength.
The programme uses the same methodology that has proved successful in our individual programming, and has developed multiple competitive Olympic Weightlifters.
What level should I already be at to join this programme?
The programme is accessible to anyone wanting to Olympic Weightlifting. It is advised that you have 3-6 months prior weightlifting experience and good technique, but our coaches will always be on hand to assist you and answer your questions.
What does the programme involve?
This programme is a once a day programme taking around 90 minutes to complete, 5 days per week. You will receive access to the programme through the website, as well as video analysis from one of our British Weightlifting Level 2 qualified coaches either through the facebook group which you will be added too upon joining, or by tagging us in your videos on Instagram.
Can I view a sample week?
We don't offer Samples week as each program is individually designed towards the client. Each and every person is different and requires didn't training styles and volumes.
